By submitting this form, you certify that the following statements are true and accurate:

I am a United States citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (otherwise known as a “green card holder”)
My contribution is made from my personal funds and not those provided to me by another individual or organization for the purpose of making this contribution.
This contribution is made using my personal credit or debit card for which I have the legal obligation to pay, and not the credit card of another individual or entity.
This contribution is not made from the general treasury funds of any corporation, labor union, or national bank.
This contribution is not made from the funds of an entity or individual who is a federal government contractor.

Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of each individual whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle.

Contributions by corporations, labor unions, national banks, foreign nationals, and federal government contractors are prohibited. Federal law limits contributions to Chris Christie for President, Inc. to $2,700 per election from individuals and $5,000 per election from multicandidate federal PACs. Contributions made in the name of another are strictly prohibited.
